After booking a ride, you'll receive real-time updates about your driver's location and estimated arrival time. The app shows your driver's current position on a map, their contact information, and vehicle details. You can also share your ride status with friends and family.

You can cancel your ride for free up to 2 minutes after booking. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the driver's location and time invested. To cancel, simply tap the "Cancel Ride" button in the app.

Yes, all Rydstop drivers undergo comprehensive background checks, including criminal history, driving record verification, and vehicle inspections. We also provide ongoing safety training and monitor driver performance to ensure your safety and comfort.

Yes, we provide reliable airport transfer services to and from all major airports in our service areas. You can book airport transfers in advance or request them on-demand. Our drivers are familiar with airport procedures and will help with your luggage.
